Returns and Refunds

24hr freshness guarantee! Should any of the products in your arrangement fail within the first 24 hours of receiving them, we will replace the whole arrangement complimentary. Please understand that this happens and we will do our best to make it right!

Should any of the products fail within the first 48 hours, we will offer an arrangement refresh. This means we will bring replacement products to your doorstep and swap out any products that may need touching up.

 Refunds on fresh goods are only granted upon a case by case basis. We replace before we refund.

​

Any damage caused from shipping will be assessed and handled accordingly. This includes chips, cracks or tears, etc.
