SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries take place 7 days a week from the hours of 11a-5p.

 If the recipient is not home upon arrival, we will try to get in contact with them. Should weather permit, we will leave the arrangement at the door unless specified by the sender not to.

Should the sender opt out of leaving it at the door, first redelivery is complementary and will take place the following day. If the recipient is not available on this attempt, another delivery fee will be collected and a third attempt will take place only once we have confirmed with the recipient that they will be available to receive it.

Phone number for the recipient must be included for all delivery orders.

 All art, merch and other hard goods will ship within 72 hours of placing the order. Shipping fees are based on location. Local pickup is available for these items only, not for floral arrangements.
